Under Spiritist Law rape is the forcible penetration of another person by a male with his sexual organ, either by force, or, threat, or by drugging an individual so they cannot resist. Rape is one of the most heinous crimes that the people forbid. In all cases males that have been convicted of rape, especially of a child, shall be castrated, if they are not put to death. Even if that rape is not done with the sexual organ but with some foreign object any penetration of any individual in a sexual manner is rape, and shall be punished according to these regulations.

If a man or a woman 13 years or older rapes a child 10 years old or younger, they shall be put to death.

If any individual 13 years or older rapes a person over 10 years old, they shall be castrated and put in punishment for the rest of their lives. No appeals shall be made because of mental condition or because the person was intoxicated on any substance.

In the case of group rape, where one or more persons rapes an individual, each person shall be punished according to these statutes. No excuse shall be made that an individual was cohearsed into committing the act. If some individual says "The others would've killed me if I had refused to take part!" that individual shall still be punished to the full extent of the law. For they should've sacrificed their life rather than violate another's body. Threat to one's self is no excuse for committing a crime, and will not be recognized as such, by The Republic.

Sexuality is clearly defined by The Republic as intimacy between a male and a female. No other sexuality is allowed. And any individuals engaged in any other form of sexuality shall be severely punished.

Homosexuality is considered, under Spiritist Law, two men having sexual relations with each other. Legally it is absolutely forbidden! It cannot be expressed in public, children cannot be taught it is acceptable. It is a mental disease and insanity shall not be encouraged. Any man found to be having sexual relations with a child under the age of ten shall be put to death. Any man found to be havng sexual relations with a child between the ages of 10 and 18 shall be put in punishment for a period of 40 years. Any person found to be having sexual relations with a person 18 years or over shall be put in prison for 20 years. No exceptions in this law shall be made because of feeble mindedness. Each individual shall be held accountable for their actions.

Lesbianism under Spiritist Law, is considered sexual relations between two women and as with homosexuality it is absolutely forbidden! The same penalties apply to women engaged in lesbianism as apply to men engaged in homosexuality. Any woman of an adult age found having sexual relations with a child under 10 will be put to death, just as a man would be having sexual relations with a boy. In both cases the government may seize these individuals' property and use it to pay their court costs, and, their incarceration. But once these have been paid for, the government must sell these properties. They cannot hold them.

Bestiality under Spiritist Law bestiality is an individual having sexual relations with an animal. Any persons found having sexual relations with animals, male or, female, shall be put to death without question. They cannot receive a life sentence if they plead guilty. They can, if they plead guilty, receive a lethal injection rather than be decapitated. But any individual that is found having sexual relations with an animal must be destroyed, and the animal that they are having sexual relations with must also be destroyed. No excuse may be made for mental condition. This law is absolute.

Transvestites. Under Spiritist Law one who is involved in transvestitism is an individual that dresses and acts as a member of the opposite sex, usually for the purpose of engaging in sexual relations with a person of their own gender. Transvestitism is absolutely forbidden under Spiritist Law. Any persons found dressing as the opposite sex shall be put in punishment for a period of 30 years, and that sentence shall be doubled if they are caught again. If any individual is surgically altered so that they appear to be a member of the opposite sex and have sexual relations with a member of their own sex without informing them that they are truly male or female they shall be immediately put to death. They may receive no leniency if they plead guilty other than the mercy of being given a lethal injection rather than being decapitated. They have violated someone's soul. A man that has sex with another man has shamed him beyond bearing and that man has every right to claim that individual's life because of the hainous act that was committed upon them. No man may tell another man that they are a woman and have intimate relations with them. The Lords forbid!
