To The People Of Texas

Because of the attack on me God's power is dying in North Dakota. Today's will probably be the last series of emails that We will be able to send out until a new circumstance can be arranged. Sam Houston begged me to use the last of our power here for Texas. He has nothing against Pancho Villa or The Mexican People. But the new world in the stars for the Mormon protector is supposed to be for the people of Texas. He would not be against a tenth of it being given to The People Of Mexico for their support in the ongoing effort, but he wants the Mormon courier/protector to come from Texas, and in a thousand years receive power and glory equal to God and a world for her and the people of Texas. Houston asks the people of Texas to support us, help us move to Los Angeles and fulfill God's glory. He says it will glorify Texas forever if they come now after I have been attacked, and stand with God, saying that things like this cannot be done, people can't kick people for their enjoyment when people are simply trying to do a good job. God believes there's too much of this ignorance, too many people that don't care how much they hurt others with their play, and it must stop! He has asked Us to use the last of Our power in North Dakota to try to reach the people of Texas. Well, we're old fans of Texas and are glad to oblige him! We would welcome any help from the people of Texas.

I am contacting you to see if I could file a grievance or whatever it is called in your state besides filing for unemployment. Let me tell you what has happened.
For two years or more I have been working for The Walrus at The Arrowhead Mall on 3rd Street in Bismarck. It was recently purchased by a new owner. Her name is Jill. At the moment I cannot remember her last name. We have been having problems with young employees who, to put it bluntly, are virtually useless and one of those problems is horseplay. I have complained about this to the management, it is curtailed for a short time and then starts right up again.
On Sunday, November 15, 2,009 I went to work as usual. Two waiters were working and a waitress that has considerable problems. I was working in the dish area, was down on my knees when the waitress came along and kicked me severely in the butt which caused me considerable pain because I have a bad back. I became angry and told her off. I will admit I was harsh. I told her if she ever touched me again I'd rip her head off, that I wasn't her plaything. The waitress immediately began to scream that she'd only been playing and I had no right to threaten her, or, to insult her. She was only having a little fun. I told her to shut up and she continued to be abusive, finally going back out front. One of the senior employees who witnessed the incident could not believe that it had happened.
Here is his name and address. John xxxxxxx, xx xxxxxx xxxx. xxx xxxx, Bismarck, ND 58503 (701) xxx-xxxx if you wish to contact him as a witness.
However the younger employees began to be abusive because I had told the young woman off. I could not get ahold of the boss, I finally managed to go back to the restaurant after work and speak with her and she dismissed me, saying I was abusive and could not threaten someone simply because she was being playful, that the kick had not been that severe and my response was way out of line, that the young people were afraid to work with me. That no matter what I couldn't threaten people no matter what they do. I had to let it pass and call her. This is extremely difficult to do when you're in agony and someone is laughing their head off.
I do not believe this firing is acceptable. I do not believe the employees should have a right to attack other employees and touch them in any way, rather they believe it is play or not. But this abusive behavior seems to be acceptable at The Walrus at this time. The employer told me repeatedly "Oh, this is a nice girl! She was only being playful. She didn't mean anything by it." Rather she meant anything by it or not it hurt and was completely unacceptable! She is allowed to be abusive and continue to work and I am dismissed, which makes no sense to me. True, I lost my temper, but I had every reason. I had been brutalized, which seems to be acceptable today. If you could tell me what department in your agency I can make this complaint to, I would be extremely grateful, because I do not believe people should be treated in this manner and I wish to keep others from being treated likewise in these deplorable working conditions. People have a right to work without being molested, without being physically attacked. I hope this is still the law in North Dakota, as it was in Maine where I come from. I am not sure of your statutes here. But this should not be acceptable anywhere.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
