First, my deepest regrets that this incident occurred. It is a tragedy that my servant Demetrius ( Speaker Gerald A. Polley, Bismarck, ND ) cannot use his powers at this time because if he had been able to this incident may not have occured at all, or been far less severe. His agents would've been able to stop it far more promptly. This tragedy is creating some difficulties for me. For some time now, We have had a standard policy. Every time a terrorist struck and attacked innocents, those encouraging him have been punished by having ten of their loved ones souls destroyed in their bodies for every person killed, driving them mad so eventually their own people would have to destroy them and send them to eternal death. This is having tremendous results in Iran, Afghanistan and, Pakistan.
There was some argument rather or not this punishment should be applied with the Fort Hood incident because those killed were soldiers. However, it was finally decided that they were in a country where hostilities were not taking place, were unarmed, mostly, and not engaged in combat. So a full retaliation was ordered. We had begun, actually disrupting the souls of 35 individuals, some of the worst in the area teaching hate, when the victims of this tragedy came to me as one, and asked me to stop, saying that they did not feel that this individual was a terrorist, that he was a lone lunatic not acting for anyone in particular, just acting on his own frustrations. I ordered a halt to the process, but am not sure I should not continue. Those who were lost asked me to ask their loved ones to instruct me not to continue, to give mercy, that there were provocations that it was not a clear cut situation.
So I am afraid I must put a terrible burden on you, all of you who have lost a loved one. At their request, I assure you I will hold the process for 48 hours but if I hear from the majority of you in the meantime, saying that you approve of your loved one's request and wish me to take no further action in this matter than I have already taken, then the punishment will be set aside. But I cannot set it aside without your approval. I will give this message to the media of Texas and tomorrow, to the media of the world, asking them to call upon you for a reply. I put the fate of these individuals in your hands.
Oh! I am asked to give a definite time, when the 48 hours will begin so people will know exactly how much time they have. All right, the 48 hours will begin at midnight, Fort Hood time, the 9th of November. That will give everyone a little extra time.

If you could make the families of those lost in this tragedy aware of the request that is being made of them for mercy I'd appreciate, and I will reward it!

Above is a message We sent to Texas. We are asked how can We possibly say the shooter at Fort Hood died forever when he's awake and talking to the authorities? Well, whoever it is that's talking to the authorities is not the original occupant of that body! It may be one of several creatures of Darkness that are now using it to restore their energy, and will probably continue to use it for several years. They won't care if the body is in prison or in a mental institution or whatever, they just care that they can draw energy from it, and continue to survive. As long as they aren't causing Us any trouble, We won't bother them. But the original occupant of that body is gone. There's a small possibility he might be drawn back, but We see no sign of it at this time.
Now, We keep telling people there's strange activity all over the world Something is starting to occur in Asia that We're simply scratching Our heads about! There is a flow of energy coming from Bejing and going to Pyongyang, then it's going from there to Tokyo and then from Tokyo back to Bejing. We're talking about a considerable flow. It's no minor little output, considerable surge, and it's showing no sign of dissipating. Nothing quite like it has ever been seen before! And it started right after Chairman Mao tried to put together a plan to have a Chinese protector join the Korean and the Japanese one, representing the Shinto religion, so The Chinese could claim a part of that world in 100 years and later one of their own in 1,000. The strange thing is, in this little band a very odd kind of energy is rising, quite powerful, that the creatures of Darkness don't like. They're slowly being driven out of the area. Actually We'd like to see more of this. Anything that drives away the creatures of Darkness We like!
