This Guidebook is intended to be the basic training aid and tool for the New Spiritist. This first edition is by no means, the finished product, though the material herein is accurate. Further additions may be added, or, teachings clarified.
As this Guidebook is used, the readers are sure to have questions that may have been overlooked when this work was prepared, and when these questions are asked, it will most likely make for modifications in the Guidebook. So, if anyone has any difficulty with anything in the Guidebook, contact the publishers and your questions will be answered and appreciated!
The teachings in this Guidebook come from intelligences foreign to the human nature, who have difficulty expressing their thoughts in human terms. And, also, Spirit has ordered that all our books and works use the simplest and easiest to read language possible.
We are not allowed to use such words as Clairvoyance, Clairaudience, etc.. We must use their closest equivalents. Some people may have difficulty with this, but please understand that it is for the greater good that it has been done in this manner.
As stated in the By-Laws contained herein, new members are required to take a test showing that they understand The Laws and Teachings of The Faith. This Guidebook provides all the information for that test. Studying it should give the new associate member courage to stand for The Faith that they are entering. We wish you all the Love of Spirit and send you Their blessings.
On opening this book, you are embarking on a new, yet ancient path. May you find it joyful!
