Gerald's Letter To The National Rifle Association

I am trying to get into the primaries as a Republican. We were very disappointed in the Republican debate. Though Giuliani says he supports the rights to bear arms we do not believe he can be trusted. We believe that if he is elected the American public can say goodbye to handguns. He disarmed the people of New York and made them helpless against the hoodlums. And if he can he will do the same thing to the entire country. We have to stand for our rights! Those who want to dominate us do not want us to be able to defend ourselves, and we can't let that happen! Though I have a problem with assault rifles, I will admit that, I have no problem with handguns, hunting rifles and shotguns. I believe every American has a right to own these without having to register, and that anyone trying to take this right away is an enemy of The United States Of America! I believe I am the best candidate for your cause. I do not think any of the others in either party can be trusted, that they will do anything if they think it will give them political gain. I ask for your help to get into the primaries, to get on the ballot, to be able to speak to the people and tell them the American people must have the right to bear arms and protect their property. I ask for your endorsement. I ask you to email all of your chapters throughout the country and ask them to help me get on the ballot. If we stand together we can win! But if we do not support each other we will lose everything. I am praying that you will stand with me!
