An Open Letter From Jesus Of Nazareth, Called The Christ
To The People Of America On Social Security And Immigration

October 8, 2,007

Most Profound Greetings!

In The Afterlife you never know who you're going to get great ideas from! The great Mexican revolutionary leader Pancho Villa came to me. He said "Look, I don't want you to have Demetrius put this up on his web site because people criticize him for working with me. But the social security system in America is in trouble because there's not enough people paying into it. Why not legalize my people from Mexico, have them pay into the system instead of working illegally? Then when they reach retirement age, they can get a percentage of the payments according to how long they have worked in The United States. This might not totally solve the problem, but it would certainly help!

I do not see why the Americans could not provide my people with a guest worker card that has their fingerprint on it. When they apply for a job a potential employer would scan the card and scan their thumb, then send both by your internet to the immigration service. The immigration service could then determine if this person is legally in your country. I do not think this would be an outrageously expensive system, and it would help everyone! It would help the old in The United States, it would eventually help the old in Mexico, and it would help the poor in Mexico now that need work in The United States! It's an idea that is worth exploring."

I agreed wholeheartedly and asked Gerald if he would consider expressing this idea in his presidential campaign, and Gerald has said that he most certainly will! But he is not going to deny this great citizen of Mexico his due for coming forward with the idea. Gerald is always honored that this great man supports him and will never hide that fact from anyone.
