Most of the men who were still dressed wore clothes still stained with

88 One of the men looked up. "Hey!" he cried, "It's my old Cadet
Officer from Academy. Good old Morn! We're having a party, old friend.
Come on in! Join us! He's welcome, isn't he, everybody?" Nobody else
seemed to notice their presence.
89 "My God!" gasped one of the men by the apartment's large view
screen, "They recorded it...they recorded what they did and they're
watching it!"
90 Morn walked over, studied the scenes on the screen for a second,
reached up, shut off the recorder, and yanked the chip from the
mechanism. "Get them out of here!" he snapped. "Leave the women here,
but get the men upstairs. Bind them to the railing on the roof, until I
decide to transport them or what.
91 Contact Commander Northern Star. I don't care where he is, or what
he is doing, I want him here, with extra security in fifty minutes. GET
THEM OUT OF HERE!"
92 After the apartment had been cleared, Morn commandeered the little
office and put in a call to his Father. "My Lord," Morn began, "I have
come upon a murder most vile and must ask The Lord God put up His hand."
93 "Commander Morning Star," he snapped, "did I not put you in charge
of this operation? Did I not give YOU all power and authority to
restore order?"
94 "Yes, sir," Morn snapped.
95 "Then you need ask me nothing," The Lord God continued. "You have
the authority to do whatever you deem necessary and to dispense
whatever justice YOU feel is due. If there has been a murder, you know
