84 "The first requirement," explained Morn, "is
that the person of whom The Book is about must be a First Speaker.
Usually the Books must cover the historical incidences that happened
during his or her lifetime."
85 "Why are certain First Speakers skipped?" another asked.
86 "Mostly," continued Morn, "because little of interest occurred
during their reign of office, or they kept no records, or for one
reason or another requested that a record of their lives not be part of
The Sacred Writings.
87 There have been Books written about every First Speaker, and many of
the courageous people in their lifetimes, but not all have become part
of The Sacred Writings. It does not lessen Their achievements, OR Their
Glory. Oftentimes They serve The Lords well and faithfully, seeing that
Their people had justice, that The Laws were obeyed. That The Truths of
The Lords were not corrupted by those who sought to give themselves
power. But Their work was so great, so successful that They gained no
great fame."
