man is made to match the soul of a woman. No matter what one says otherwise, no matter how much one does not wish it to be true, Truth cannot be changed merely because we wish it to be so."
"Then truly," complimented The Old Fox, "we have learned a valuable lesson. As you have said, what The Lords have taught is true, and no matter how much some will wish it to be otherwise, it will not be so. Now, it is time to break the circle. Join hands.
Whenever you finish lessons, say this prayer; 'Oh Blessed Ones, we give You thanks for Your Blessings. And now we depart from Your House, but though we depart from You, You will always be with us. For we are Your Temples not made of stone. Blessed be.'
Now, get up," The Old Fox ordered, "take a walk. Clear your minds. When the bell in the courtyard rings three times return, and we will have a discussion on what we have learned."
So it was The First Lesson ended, and The Old Fox brought them back and they discussed what they had learned, selecting different topics about it, and discussing them.
When they were done with this, The Old Fox rose and looked at them all. "Think not," he said, "that this is the best way to teach. We are going very fast. For Spirit knows our great need for Teachers. You will be trained rapidly and will have to train many of your students rapidly. For as there are more congregations there will be need for more Speakers.
But in the future, the training will be much slower. You will begin with students that are between nine and eleven seasons, and train them for at least four seasons. Then, they will be assigned to individual Speakers as apprentices, sharing their work. Then, after another four seasons, if all the people agree they are good Speakers, they may be given a congregation of their own.
And there are other changes that are to take place. No longer shall a woman be called a wife, and a man a husband, but both shall be called mates. A man may no longer have as many wives as he wishes, but only three. No master may take the wife of a servant without her consent, even if her husband permits it. Such things are not The Ways Of Spirit. There are many more changes that are to come, but these are the ones that we will announce at the next Worship Day."
"They're not going to be too popular," Silver Fox complained.
"If we tell only as much Truth as to be popular," The Old Fox answered, "there would be no Truth to tell at all! Now, go to your lunch. Afterwards we will form the circle again, and after that Silver Fox will perform the evening worship."
"Me?" gasped Silver Fox, "I'm not sure I remember everything!"
"We'll find out quick enough, won't we?" teased The Old Fox. Everyone laughed except Silver Fox!

The Old Fox tells Silver Fox he will be leading the evening worship as Valley Blossom looks on.
