85 Red Cat's eyes filled with fire, as he turned back to The Village Speaker and his companions. "You took,'' he screamed, "Sacred Ground, a family's Holy Resting Place? You defiled the ashes of The Dead to make a place to land fish?! To steal a man's LAND is one thing, to do THIS is unthinkable! Holy Ground, Sacred Ground! Do you have no hearts ...no Spirits? Do you not value your own Dead? What kind of man are you?"
86 I remove every one of you from office. You are unfit to serve. Never EVER have I heard of anything so evil, so dispiseable! By all rights I should take your heads, but instead I will seize your property, and the property of every person involved in this! The man will be paid every cent he wanted for his Land, plus that, you will hire the finest Workmen, the best Craftsmen, and you will restore his shrine to its original beauty.
87 The Land you have given him will be made as beautiful as it can be made. From this day forth your village shall pay for its upkeep.
88 Here and now I pass a decree. Never, ever, may any village seize a person's property for any reason without The First Speaker's consent. And never, ever, may they touch Sacred Ground unless there is absolutely nothing else that can be done. Now, while your heads are still on your shoulders, get out. Before The Lords you are the worst of men!
89 The men left whispering they had been wrongly shamed. But all Red Cat commanded was done. When he returned from fighting The Oneness, he visited the little shrine, and was pleased with its restoration.
