women, two men and two of the women weren't in very good shape.
26 "Strip!" Bullet told the guard. The man obeyed. Bullet tossed his
outer clothes and gun belt to one of the men and the underwear to one
of the women. Then he pushed the guard inside. As the man turned around
to face him, Bullet shot him. The others didn't even look surprised.
27 "I counted sixty rooms," he told Smiling Fox. "About fifteen keys
are missing off the board. I'll take the left side, you take the right side. Open every door. Get
the people out. If anybody is in the room with them, kill them. Can you
do it?"
28 "If he can't," put in the man from the cell, "I can."
29 Smiling Fox looked at one of the women being held up by one of the
others. One of her eyes had been burned out, three fingers on one hand were missing, and only
covered with a dirty bandage. There were several other marks on her
body, where she'd been burned. He turned back to Bullet. "I can do it,"
he cursed.
30 They started up the hall, room by room, releasing the captives. When
they finally reached the top of the hall there was only two guests still
unaccounted for. Bullet opened a door and found a fat man with a
young boy. The boy was crying begging the man to stop.
31 "Get away from him!" Bullet roared.
32 The fat man stopped and turned around. "Get out of here!“ he
screamed, "this room's taken! Who, by The Great One, are you, anyway?"
33 "Your executioner! " answered Bullet.
34 The man looked at his gun and began to back away. "Why?" the fat man
