"Yes, you did!" answered Bullet, "A lot of them! Go on, boy, wrap a sheet around you, grab his clothes, and get OUT of here!"
35 "I want to see you do it," the boy begged, "please? I want to see you do it."
36 Bullet took the boy and held him to him. "No, you don't" he comforted, "You might think you do right now, but you don't. Now, get out of here."
37 When the boy was gone, the fat man backed up into the corner. "Please!" he begged, "Please, don't! Don't do it!"
38 "I wish I had a couple of hours," growled Bullet, "but I suppose that wouldn't be right either."
39 He fired once, and the fat man grabbed his chest, sank to his knees, then fell forward on his face. Bullet shut the door behind him. He checked the last three doors on his side, then found Smiling Fox standing in the doorway of the last one. "What's the matter?" he snapped.
40 Pushing by him he found a rather nice-looking older woman holding a naked young girl in front of her. "Get out of here!" the woman screamed. "What do you think you're doing?"
41 When Bullet saw what the woman was wearing, he wanted to be sick. He went in, grabbed the girl, and gathered up the woman's clothes, pushed the girl outside, and shut the door behind her.
42  "Turn around," Bullet ordered, "look at the wall."  
43  He didn't think the woman still understood what was happening, even when he fired. There was a toilet in one corner of the cell, and before he went back outside, he emptied his stomach, wiping his face with a dirty towel. When he was done, he spread the towel over the woman's head.
