SACRIFICE

The shedding of innocent blood is not permitted by The Lords. To kill
an animal in self defense, or, for food and clothing is permitted, as long
as we are not cruel, but to shed blood in The Lords' Worship is never allowed.
We can only give The Lords what is ours to give....ourselves, our love,
our toil, that which is within us. These are the only things we have a
right to sacrifice to Them, and to sacrifice anything else, to try to give
anything else, would fill The Lords with sadness and grief. It would make
Them look upon Their Children with sorrow, for they did evil. So therefore,
The Children Of The Lords only bless the animals at feast time and thank
them for the gift of their flesh, and dispatch them to The Next World with
mercy and dignity. But they never offer their blood up to The Lords, for
this is not their Way.
