The Spiritist World is not controlled by a courier/protector. It is controlled by the Spiritst Teacher on Earth, Speaker Gerald A. Polley, Bismarck, North Dakota who was originally sent into the world on a simple mission, to write his people's History, begin The Awakening, to start his people on their journey back to the stars. As all of my workers on Earth deserted me to support sodomy, hate, and greed, and my beloved Son Jesus abandoned me, I had to call upon age old promises, on friendships beyond time. A friend and ally came forth to be my voice, to save my children. Now, I call others to him, so that his powers may be restored, that this nightmare that We have been thrown into will come to an end, so that he will lead my people out of the Darkness, and restore my daughters to their glory. I will praise his people forever for lending him to me. However, his place is without question, where he will go when The Children return to the stars, without doubt. He is the second in command among their people. Only The Great Lord Of Morning, who will have spiritual rule over the entire new world, has more authority than him. So he will get the first tenth of that new world. He will get to choose who will share it with him.

.10% of his property 1,969,399 sq miles, will go to the Dakota people of North America for work that they have done for him in past times.
.10% of his property 1,969,399 sq miles, will go to The Apache People of North America because of their service to him.
.10% of his property 1,969,399 sq miles, will go to the people of The Holy Godden Empire as a reward for Their service to the human race. His son from ancient times will take rule over them as The Holy Ghost, and see to their well being in The Afterlife while Demetrius cares for those who have taken on physical form in the material world.
These are the major divisions of his property thus far. Others may come forward and ask for a portion of his territories later.
.10% 19,693,990 sq miles will go to The People Of Israel for their long fellowship with The Children Of The Lords, for keeping Their secrets for untold ages, knowing full well that they were living among mankind but not betraying their trust. But they do not wish separate territories, they wish to live among The Children Of The Lords, having property in each of their cities and having their synagogues across from their temples.
.10% 19,693,990 sq miles will go to the people of Buddha, who like The Children Of Israel do not want to live separately from their devoted friends, but want to have territories among them, not be isolated from them. So they, too, will be mingled among The Children's holdings, receiving a 10th of their world but among them, not separated.

Two tenths of the Spiritist world were also promised to The Christians and The Islamic People, but where they now have whole worlds of their own much smaller portions may be granted to them so they will have a presence on the Spiritist world, but not an entire tenth. It has been suggested that The Israelis might offer the Christians a tenth of their holdings, either among The Children or, in their own territory, and The Buddhists might offer a tenth of their territory to The Muslims, however this is something that would have to be arranged. It is something that We cannot offer. When there are protectors and these things can be discussed these possibilities may be worked out. But this is just the beginning of the Spiritist world. Others might request territory. The other Spiritist Lords might be willing to grant them some. Of course the people of many races will become Children Of The Lords and go anyway.
