Greetings Yvonne Cole!

It is with deepest interest that we read your announcement that representatives of The Ashtar Command plan a visit to planet Earth. Unfortunately we cannot allow such an occurance to happen. Earth's people have already been interfered with too much. The instability is so great that, if another outside power tries to become involved, it would lead to dire consequences, which we cannot permit.
I ask you to inform The Ashtar Command that their visit is an unwelcomed one, and is opposed. We have both the psychic and physical ability to stop any such attempted interference in the affairs of our children. However, we prefer peaceful means, whenever possible.
Do not take my statements lightly, as we, as a group of people, do not speak harshly, unless we find it necessary to do so. If The Ashtar Command wonders about our ability, I am sure that they have the capability of contacting those who recently attempted just such a venture. We, too, are Children Of The Light, but we are more than willing to fight for our own when the need arises. I do not think that the Command will be foolish enough to test our resolve.

Recently in The Star Connection Newsletter Yvonne Cole announced that Ashtar Command, an alien Federation was planning open landings in Washington, D.C. some time next summer. It became my unfortunate duty to inform Yvonne Cole that such landings will not be permitted under any circumstances. That whatever force necessary would be used to stop them, that we have both the physical and psychokinetic means to stop any such invasion, and will do so.
Our Children have been interfered with by outside forces far too much, and the time has come to put such interference to an end. This is a public warning to all extra-terrestrials currently operating agents in the Earth biosphere. As long as you do not interfere with Our Teachings, as long as you do not threaten the proper evolution of Our Children, we will tolerate you, but if you begin to teach our Children false doctrines, negative ideals, things that will harm them, then we will do what we have to do to protect Our Children, and any who doubt our power and our resolve will regret it deeply.
We are a people of peace, we desire to harm no one, but if we are forced to, we will defend what we love with whatever force we have to use.
To be strong Our Children have to learn to fight their own battles, to win their own wars. We will no longer tolerate any interference. Heed us, and heed us well!

In a previous issue we mentioned that The Grand Alliance had declared war on interfering extra-terrestrial, especially on Ashtar Command, which announced it would make open landings on Earth this summer.
The Grand Alliance secured the services of other extra-terrestrials who have agreed to defend the Earth against Ashtar Command, and any other extra-terrestrials that attempt to interfere with Earth's development. We will refer to these extra-terrestrials in future, as The Galactic Forces.
The Galactic Forces have blockaded Earth's solar system, and have ordered the ships of Ashtar Command to stay out of the entire sector, as they have no reason to be here.
I am sad to report Ashtar Command chose to test the resolve of The Galactic Forces and five of their ships attempted to enter the exclusion zone. They were intercepted by seven ships of The Galactic Forces and warned off, but refused to retreat. When The Galactic Forces moved in the ships of Ashtar Command opened fire. There was a short exchange and all the Ashtar ships were disabled and towed back to their own space. Fortunately there were some injuries, but NO casualties.
The Lords Of Light & The Galactic Forces are in hopes Ashtar Command has learned its lesson and will attempt no further transgressions of the exclusion zone.
Should The Galactic Forces suffer casualties they might be obliged, in the future, to carry the battle to Ashtar, itself. This would be an escalation that could not be desired by anyone. But firing on blockade vessels again will be considered an act of war.
Those acquainted with Ashtar Command would be advised to steer them towards caution and not confrontation, as the patience of The Galactic Forces is not what could be called long suffering!

Apparently Ashtar Command did not get the message that they were not to enter this sector after their last encounter with The Galactic Forces. They launched a major attack on a Galactic outpost crucial for the defense of this sector.
After three days of serious fighting sufficient forces arrived to drive the Ashtarians back into their own sectors. There was severe damage and many wounded. But miraculously only three members of The Galactic Forces were killed. Ashtar Command claimed that this action was not ordered by their United Government, but was taken on by some rebel generals angry at their last humiliation.
However, The Galactic Forces did not believe these claims and sent an agent to me asking my suggestion for a counterstrike. I told them I would attack and seize ten Ashtarian outposts, and take them over permanently. I would gather three-hundred of the most influential Ashtarians captured from these outposts and their families, and sergically sterilize all of them. Then, I would scatter these and the rest of the Ashtarian populations from the outposts throughout all the rest of The Galactic Community, forcing them to intermarry with the native populations of those worlds, (something the Ashtarians find disgusting.)
I would hope I told the Galactic Representative, this would impress on The Ashtarian Forces that The Galactic Community means business and their aggression would stop.
The Galactic Community seems to have liked my suggestion as they have carried it out to the letter. I understand because of this action the Ashtarians have given me a new title; "Butcher Of The Unborn, Murderer Of Generations," and that they have also put a price on my head; a Dowl Ship (whatever in the hell that is!) has been promised to whoever can rid the galaxy of my foulness. But The Galactic Community has made it quite clear anyone collecting this prize and his world would not exist long to enjoy it. So, I'm not too concerned!

Somebody asked an interesting question the other day. "How do the Galactic Forces pay for the defense of the Earth? Isn't it rather an expensive proposition to keep blockade ships in this sector?"
Well, the question actually has a couple of answers. Most ships taking part in the blockade are merely performing their regular patrols. Very little special patrols have had to be added.
The ships patrolling for other illegal activity just have an additional burden at the present. As for the close in defense of Earth, this is paid for out of a special fund kept for Earth at the seat of The Galactic Government.
Earth entertainments seem to be very popular throughout the galaxy. Aliens have recorded such productions as William Shakespear's Midsummer Night's Dream at The Globe Theater, and other human entertainments for centuries. Any time these productions are shown, a payment must be made into Earth's account. Also, over the years artifacts have been removed from Earth which are very popular museum pieces on many alien worlds.
My contact explained to me that one race extremely interested in maratime warfare salvaged material from both the Bismark and The Hood including five bodies from each crew which are lovingly cared for and part of the display along with an unexploded British torpedo, English and German shells, twelve foot scale models of both ships, and many other small artifacts.
A percentage of the profits from such exibitions also find their way into Earth's account.
Aliens making clandestant visits to Earth for different purposes also must pay a removal fee and a passage fee.
Earth seems to be a good little money maker, and its inhabitants don't even know it!

Apparantly Ashtar Command still hasn't got the idea that they're not powerful enough to defy The Galactic Community. A few days ago I received word their agents had attempted to assassinate twelve of The Galactic Forces' leading politicians. Fortunately only one of them had been killed. A couple of others were wounded, but the rest escaped, unharmed. It was soon learned that all the attacks had been arranged by the Ashtarian's diplomatic corps, who were all promptly arrested.
The Galactic agent asked me how they should proceed. I suggested they sterilize 1,000 of their highest ranking diplomats and their families and scatter the rest among the galactic civilizations. A couple of days later he returned with some disturbing news.
One of The Galactic Races was so enraged that The Ashtarians had even threatened their Beloved Leader they loaded a squadron of their ships with a deadly bacteria, "Po-something," and sent them to attack the Ashtarian homeworld. If even one of these ships got through and released half of its missiles 95% of The Home World's population would be destroyed.
The Agent asked me if the ships sent to intercept should be called back or told to proceed. "Of course they are to proceed!" I told him. "Those ships must be stopped at all cost, no matter what, they musn't get through!"
For over three days I have been waiting for word. It finally came this afternoon. The squadron was stopped, though it took the total destruction of two of their ships with the loss of their entire crew of over 200, and one of The Galactic Forces' ships with a loss of 75 Souls.
Unfortunately one of the ships had already left the squadron and attacked an Ashtarian outpost. The outpost had had no idea they were in danger. Their air systems were operating without biofilters. They didn't even know they had been attacked until their people started dying.
There were 10,487 Ashtarians on the outpost, there were no survivors. They all died, every man, woman and child. The Ashtarians screamed that biological weapons were forbidden by every galactic agreement, and that the race that had used them should be punished. The Galactic Community agreed, and before they even considered a punishment, 100,000 males of that race volunteered to be surgically sterilized, along with their wives and children. A small price, they said, to defend their glorious leader. The Ashtarians were asked if this would be sufficient. They said, "No, no. We will ask no more in return than what we have lost. And only the men, not their wives and children."
Perhaps, just perhaps there's a little hope for these poeple yet. It has been decided until The Ashtarians decide to mend their ways and agree to the non-interference doctrine, they will be blockaded into their own systems, forbidden all trade with The Galactic Community, and the blockade will only be lifted when they also agree to pay for the campaigns that have been necessary against them. So far, The Ashtarians are saying to hell with you all, we can fend for ourselves, which they probably can do. But they will soon find themselves mising those pleasurable goods that they enjoyed importing from their neighbors.
P. S. Because of the tragic loss of their outpost, all but five of the Ashtarian diplomats were returned. These five were directly involved in the one successful assassination. I also understand the price on my head has been risen to a Fowel Ship (?)

Ashtarian leader of 75 dead! A newscast intercepted by The Galactic Forces has stated that The First Lord of The Ashtarian High Council was killed in the crash of his private flier on The Sacred Mountain near the capital around which he often flew. Little else was said on the matter, but in the same newscast it was mentioned that three Lords of The Supreme Council had also resigned and that the government was now being led by a hither-to-little-known councilman of a low ranking family.
It is not yet known how these changes in the Ashtarian government will affect its current difficulties with The Galactic Community.

We received today news of a further tragedy to the Ashtarians. 3,202 Ashtarians were poisoned by a shipment of food that had arrived from one of their subject planets. It was learned that one of the workers on that planet had deliberately poisoned the food with a sweet smelling synthetic lubricant, because his wife had been raped by his Ashtarian overseer and the local officials had disciplined him for registering a complaint. The subject was promptly seized and executed. The Ashtarians are trying to claim this man was an agent of The Galactic Forces, but this claim is totally erroneous.

Ashtarians lose their most advanced luxury ship. In a tragic accident while visiting one of the great archeological sites within Ashtarian territory. Fortunately only 50 lives were lost, as the passengers and much of the crew were on the planet when the ship's engines seemingly without warning, developed a massive overload and exploded. Again The Ashtarians blame The Galactic Forces for this tragedy, but they had nothing to do with it.

We have just received news that the daughter of the new Ashtarian leader has defected, along with several of her closest friends who stole a vessel and proceeded to the Galactic blockade ships requesting asylum. The Ashtarians have brought with them their lovers from several other races who they wish to marry, but under Ashtarian law could not.
The Ashtarian leader has demanded his daughter's return, saying that this is a family matter and no business of The Galactic Community. The Galactic Forces, however, have honored the requests for asylum. The escapees have brought news of further troubles on the subject worlds. Apparently the subject peoples are beginning to realize that The Ashtarians can be hurt, that they are NOT invincible, and are beginning to rise up against them and their native overlords. There are reports of many riots and even the beginnings of armed rebellions, guerilla armies forming and operating in desolate areas and large population centers. Again The Ashtarians are blaming The Galactic Forces for these difficulties but The Galactic Forces have absolutely nothing to do with them. They are the spontaneous acts of the local inhabitants.

The Galactic agent has brought a further report of trouble for The Ashtarians. The farmers on one of their subject worlds have deliberately destroyed tons of grain and produce schedualed for delivery to The Ashtarian Homeworld. They have left just enough for their own peoples' needs.
They have even destroyed the prepared emergency meals in storage against disaster and famine so The Ashtarians could not even take these.
Thousands of farmers have been arrested and put in detention but The Ashtarians cannot operate the farms without them. So it is believed they will shortly be released. Again The Ashtarians are blaming The Galactic Forces for this uprising but The Galactic Forces had nothing to do with it.
This incident will require that The Homeworld be put on rationing; something that is stirring unrest on even Ashtaria.
