1 Oh, you can hear them praying on that final day,
As they stand in judgment you can hear them pray.
"Lord, I'm not to blame I was only there.
Lord, I'm not to blame why should I have cared?"
As eternal death awaits you can hear them cry
"I was not to blame why should I have tried?"
Oh in that final hour you can hear them plea,
"Lord, they weren't my kind what was it all to me?"

2. The words that will so damn, you can hear them cry
"Lord, I was only there, why should I have tried?"
As they stand there in judgment on that final day,
They know that they are damned, still to The Lord they pray
"Lord, I was only there why should I have cared?
They were not my kind no one else would dare."
In their final moments you can hear them say
"Lord, please do forgive for in your name I prayed."

3. As the Darkness comes to claim them, there, forevermore,
As they fade to nothing outside of Heaven's door,
You can hear them crying you can hear them plead,
"Lord I did nothing Lord, what was it all to me?"

"Lord I did nothing Lord, what was it all to me?"
