Jesus answered him, "He that is washed need not save to wash his feet, but is clean everywhere. You are clean but not all."
For He knew who would betray Him, and He repeated, "You are not all clean."
So after He had washed their feet and dressed Himself, He stood among them saying, "Do you know what I have done to you? You call me Master, Lord, and you say well, for so I am. If I then, your Lord and Master, has washed your feet, you, also, ought to wash one-another's feet. For I have given you an example that you should do as I have done to you.
Truly, truly, I say unto you the servant is not greater than his lord, neither is he greater than he that has sent him.
If you know these things happy are you if you do them. I speak not of you all. I know who I have chosen. But so the Scripture may be fulfilled he that eats bread with me has turned against me.
Now, I tell you, before it comes to pass, so you may believe that I am He. Truly, truly I say to you that he receives. Whosoever I send receives me, and he that receives me, receives Him that I send."
When Jesus had said this He was troubled in Spirit, saying, "Truly, truly I say to you, one of you shall betray me."
And those there looked to one another, wondering who it was among them that would betray Him.
As Jesus sat down with His apostles He spoke unto them, "How greatly I have desired to eat this Passover with you before I suffer. For I will tell you I will not eat any more until all is fulfilled, according to Scripture, and for The Kingdom Of God.
Think not that I have come to change The Law. This I have not done. But I have come to fulfill The Prophecy, that you might be at peace with God."
He took the cup and gave thanks, saying, "Take this and divide it among yourselves, for I say to you, I will not drink of the fruit of the vine until The Kingdom Of God is at hand."
When they had drunk thereof, Jesus filled the cup again and passed it to the women. He took bread, gave thanks and broke it, saying, "This is my body which I give you. Do this in remembrance of me."
Half the loaf He gave to the men, and half to the women.
"Likewise, also," He said, "this cup from which you have drank is my blood which is a new testament shed for you. But behold! The one that shall betray me is at this table. Truly The Son Of Man goes as was preordained. But woe to the man by whom He is betrayed.
The apostles began to inquire among themselves which one of them it was that should do this thing. There was also a strife among them which of them should be accounted the greatest.
Jesus said to them, "The kings of the Gentiles exercise lordship over them, them that exercise authority upon them are called benefactors. You shall not be so.
He that is the greatest among you, let him be as the younger, he that is chief as he that serves. For which is greater...he that sits at meat, or, he that serves? Is not he that sits at meat?
But I am among you as he that serves. You are they which have contributed with me in my temptations. I assign to you a kingdom, as the Father has assigned unto me, that you may eat and drink at my table in my Kingdom, sitting on thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel."
Jesus continued, "Simon, Simon, behold, The Dark One has desired to have you, that he may sift you as wheat. But I have prayed for you, that your faith not fail when you are converted. Strengthen your brethren."
Peter answered Jesus, "Lord, I go readily with you both to prison, and, to death."
Jesus answered, "I tell you, Peter, before the cock crows this day, before that time you shall deny that you even know me three times."
Unto the others He said, "When I sent you out without purse, cloak or shoes did you lack anything?"
They answered, "Nothing!"
He continued, "But now let him that has purse take it. Let him take also his cloak and if he has one, a sword. If he has not one, let him sell his garment and buy one.
For I say to you that this that is written must yet be accomplished in me. He was reckoned among the transgressors, for the things concerning me have an end."
And they said, "Lord, here are two swords."
He answered them, "It is enough."
He continued, "Let not your heart be troubled. You believe in God. Believe also in me. In My Father's House are many mansions. If it were not so I would have told you.
I go to prepare a place for you. And if I do that, surely I will come again and receive you unto myself, that where I am YOU may be, also.
Whatever way I go you know you will go that way, also."
Thomas said to Him, "Rabbi, we know not where you go. How are we to follow after you?"
Jesus answered, "I am the way, the truth, and The Light. No man comes unto The Father but by me.
If you know me, you know My Father also, and henceforth you know Him, for you have seen Him."
Philip asked Him, "Rabbi, show us The Father, that it may sanctify us."
Jesus answered him, "So long have I been with you, and yet you know me not, Philip, he that has seen me has seen The Father. How can you then say 'Show us The Father?' Do you not believe that I am in The Father, and The Father is in me?
