A fascinating easy to understand instruction book about basic Reiki, the art of relaxation and energy healing.  Also includes an amazing account of how the author became interested in the subject, how she was already being guided to this path of enlightenment.  The only thing not mentioned in this book is that when using spiritual healing energy one should work with a patient of the opposite sex if possible.  HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
