In the first frame of this cartoon Muqtada Al-Sadr is hitting himself on the head with a hammer. In the second frame Muhammed's Arab friend who was watching this asks "Muhammed, what is Al-Sadr doing?" In the third panel Muhammed appears from The Afterlife and explains "Trying to pound some sense into his head, but I think it's too late!"
