A man stands at a counter of a fast food restaurant, being given his tray of food by a lady at the counter. There is a little boy standing to one side of her on the counter, a little girl on her other side. The kids look sad and scared. The woman says to the customer "Welcome to McPedophile's! What would you like with that order, a little boy or, a little girl?" The man is literally drooling over the kids. There is another man at one of the tables nearby with a little girl on his lap who does not look happy to be there. The banner on the front of the counter reads "Really Lovin' Kids!" On the front door it says "Over One Billion Served."
