In the first frame two Iraqi men in The Afterlife watch Muhammed remove a blazing hot poker from a forge. The youngest says to the other "Don't bother The Prophet. He's preparing the wrath of God!" In the second frame Muhammed appears in the material world and shoves the hot poker up the ass of a sleeping enemy. His spirit cries out in agony. In the third frame Muhammed's enemy is sleeping in a hospital bed. The doctor and the man's wife are standing by the bed. The Doctor says "It is colon cancer! We've never seen it come on so quickly! There's nothing we can do!"
