Article 26; Vow Of Poverty
A.
1. It shall be required of any member seeking a state or national
office, that they agree to a vow of poverty before they are
eligible for running for said offices. This is to take away any
conflict of interest on the part of the workers.
Article 27; Worker's Certificates
A.
1. After a Sensitive has trained under the guidance of a local
Sensitive for a period of at least two years, and has passed a
written test on a Sensitive's abilities and how they should be
used, the training Sensitive may send to the national church the
results of the test, and request that this person be granted a
Class C, Sensitive's certificate. This certificate will allow the
Sensitive to give readings and religious counseling and receive
payment therefore, for one year. At the end of that year they may
request of the local Speaker for an application for a full
certificate. The Speaker will ask the church secretary to
announce this request at the next regular worship service and ask
the congregation for opinions as to rather or not this person
should be given a full certificate. If there are no objections,
the Speaker may formally request the national church that this
person be granted a full Class A or B certificate. If there are
objections, the Speaker may call for a vote on the matter at the
next regular service. After all arguments are heard, the
congregation shall vote on rather or not this person shall be
granted a certificate. If the person receives a 2/3rds vote in
their favor, the Speaker may send the application to the
national. If this person receives an unfavorable vote, the
Speaker shall request of the national that his Class C
certificate be renewed for one year. Any person that does not
receive a Class A or B certificate after five years must wait
three years and start the whole process over. The denial of a
full certificate by any church may be reviewed by the state
judges. If they find any church did not have just cause in
denying a worker's certificate they may demand that that church
ask the national to present this person with the proper
certificate.
B. Class B Sensitive's Certificate
After a person has passed the qualifications, they may receive a
Class B Certificate. This qualifies them to be elected to any
local Speaker's office. To serve as any local Speaker's
assistant. This qualifies this person to give Spirit messages as
a licensed Sensitive either through direct Spirit communication
or by some other means such as cards, table rapping, or other
Spirit manifestation.
C. Class A Sensitive's Certificate
A.
In order for a person to receive a class A certificate they must;
1. Swear to a vow of poverty as recognized by the church.
2. Abstain from all alcoholic beverages and drugs but for medical
purposes.
3. Sign an oath swearing that they believe fully in teachings and
laws of the church and will defend them with all their
capability, even to the loss of their lives.
The Class A worker must give messages directly from Spirit
without any outside help as crystal balls, cards, etc.
This entitles the worker to hold any state or national office as
laid out in the by-laws.
D. Teacher's Certificate
A class B teacher's certificate gives a person the same rights as
a Class B Sensitive's certificate, except for the giving of
messages. A 'Class A' Teacher's certificate allows the bearer to
hold any state or national office other than that of a Speaker,
as that office must be held by a Sensitive. A teacher must accept
the same conditions as a Sensitive in order to receive a Class A
certificate.
After a non-sensitive has studied the church's rules and by-laws
they may take a written test for a class C Teacher's certificate.
This certificate shall allow that person to give religious
counselling and receive payment therefore, and conduct lessons on
philosophy and law in the church. At the end of one year, that
person may request a full class B or A teacher's certificate in
the same manner a Sensitive applies for theirs.
E. Healer's Certificate
After a person has been a member of the church for at least two
years and trained with a Sensitive, and has been found to have
healing ability, the Sensitive may petition the national church
to grant this person a Class B Healer's certificate. Along with
the Sensitive's request must be two letters of witness from
persons who have received healing from the Sensitive in question
and will testify they have been official results. These persons
cannot be relatives of the person applying for the Healer's
certificate. After the person has been granted a class B
Certificate, they may give healing in the church or in private
and receive gifts for their services. No healer may, at any time,
set fixed rates for their healing or demand gifts above a certain
amount. To do so will mean the automatic removal of a Healer's
certificate no matter what their class. After a person has been a
Class B Healer for a year, they may apply for a class A
certificate in the same way a Sensitive applies for a Class A or
B certificate.
