Greetings Madam,

Below is a letter that we sent to the owner of The Salt Lake City Tribune. Joseph Smith requests that if possible you have a copy of his letter published in The Washington Post, and that you have a formal copy printed and present it yourself to the representatives of The Mormon Church in Washington for the same reasons that are stated in the letter below. Smith asks that you do this as a fellow servant of God, and God backs his wishes. These are very trying times. We would like to reverse this situation. We would like to repair the damage and make The Mormon Church sound again. With your help there is a possibility we could do this. The whole fabric of The Kingdom Of God is changing. People want so much for it to be the way it used to be. They want the leaders of the Catholics to redon their vestments. They want The Mormon Church to exist again. But unless we can reach the peopl, unless we can break the dark ones' power, there is little hope these things will ever be. So much depends on you saying two simple words, "I believe!" and joining God's cause. This is undoubtedly your hour, the moment of your destiny. We know full well the burden. If anyone knows this burden we do! But it is not as heavy a burden as you think. It can be joyous beyond understanding when you are doing what is right. This would be one small step, but it would be an important step.

I'm Speaker Gerald Polley, a candidate for The Presidency Of The United States at the bequest of God The Father. All the spiritual Leaders in The Afterlife have been trying to reach Their people and have them assist in my campaign. The Prophet of The Mormons, Joseph Smith, has become so angry that his people have rejected his messages that he has decided to resign and dissolve the church in The Kingdom Of God. Below is his letter of resignation. I have recently been very sick and this has drained our financial resources. The Prophet would like to have had us put an ad in your paper directing people to this letter on our web site. But as we cannot afford it he asks if you might print it as a public service. I have told him that this is impossible, but he has requested that I ask you, as a good Christian, to do God's will and let his people know of this situation. He also asks that you print a formal copy of this letter and present it yourself, to the leaders of the church with as much publicity as possible so they cannot say at The Gates Of Heaven, "I don't know what you're talking about! How can I be damned for something when I never heard of it? How can I be punished for something I knew nothing about?" He asks you to make sure they know about it and the public is aware they know about it. God The Father asks that you consider these proposals, understand their importance and perform them for Him.
