Thirdly, if it is found that the husband has stolen the woman's property for the purpose of buying illegal drugs or to gamble with her property the woman's divorce shall be immediately granted and the husband shall be prosecuted.

Fourthly, if any woman should find that her husband has been having intimate relations with any other woman without her consent and, supporting that woman with funds that were supposed to belong to the family, that woman shall be granted a divorce without question.

Marriage does not give a man the right to abuse his wife or, his children, or to take what does not belong to him for the purposes of his pleasure. Marriage is a partnership, the joining of two to make a greater whole, to make life better for both. If the husband or the wife takes advantage of that partnership for their own greed the other partner has a right to end that partnership. And these laws apply equally to men. If a woman is committing any of these offenses then surely the husband would have a right to be divorced and receive custody of the children, and, the property. But if any individual should try to falsely accuse a man or a woman of any of these offenses in order to obtain a divorce, they shall be prosecuted to the full extent of the statutes for encouraging false imprisonment.

Section 27

Absolutely and positively can no confession be gained from any individual by means of any form of torture, including the denial of fluids and food or rest. Any subject accused of a crime and being interrogated may have a witness at that interrogation of his or her choosing to assure that that interrogation is being carried out in a humane and just manner. All interrogations must be recorded and all confessions witnessed by a neutral party. Upon arrest a person must be advised of their rights that they are not required to incriminate themselves, that they may have witnesses during any interrogation, and that all interrogations will be recorded. The failure of arresting parties to so warn a defendant could result in that defendant's release.

No bail shall be allowed in The Republic. If an individual is arrested for a crime there must be enough evidence against that individual to hold them in custody until they are prosecuted for that crime. No person may be released upon the payment of money to the courts to assure their appearance at the time of trial, as this is unfair to the poor who cannot afford such payments.

No lawyers shall be permitted to operate in The Republic. Each citizen shall be taught their rights in the educational system. Both private and public schools must make each pupil aware of their rights and responsibilities. If a person is deemed incompetent a family member may represent them at trial, or, if a person is under age. If the family feels they need assistance they may ask an experienced Law Speaker for advice. But that Speaker may not charge them. He must give his services voluntarily. It is the responsibility of a Speaker overseeing a trial to see to it that the defendant's rights are upheld and the judges hear all evidence against him or her and all testimony in their defense.

Section 28

It shall be the responsibility of The Republic to provide a reasonably priced postal service for its citizens that will see to the prompt delivery of all letters and packages throughout The Republic, both within and from foreign sources that have a postal exchange agreement with The Republic. Any theft of mail shall be considered a severe offense and punished according to the general statutes.

Section 29

The Dragon shall have the right to restrict any commerce with any foreign nation they feel it is inappropriate for the people to do business with because of the way they treat their own people, or citizens of The Republic dwelling in that nation. The penalties for violating any non trade regulations that The Dragon puts upon any nation shall be severe, especially if that trade is in weapons, or, in the information on producing weapons. Citizens of The Republic shall not do business with individuals that are not operating their country for the good of all.

The Dragon shall also have the right to approve any trade agreement that The First Speaker makes with any other nation by a 51% vote or better. If The First Speaker should veto their vote it would take a two thirds vote to override his veto.
