As this title indicates this is just the first draft of The Spiritist Constitution. We are trying to put The Constitution together so it will cover all the peoples' needs, and a Bill Of Rights should not be necessary. It is the Spiritist belief that a Constitution or a Charter should have all in it necessary for a people to rule themselves, and no separate document should be needed to insure their rights. Undoubtedly We have missed a few things, but We believe We have a good foundation. With The Book Of The General Statutes this should be all the people need to have a good government and, an efficiently run country. We do not know yet where the first Republic will be, but We know some day, some how it will be, and We are laying the foundations for it. We hope We have made a good beginning!
