Back with more of what’s in the news. But first I just want to say Tuesday, January 29th would’ve been my husband Gerald’s 66th birthday. He was actually amazed he made it to his 65th! I hope he has a wonderful day in The Afterlife with all our friends There. I’ll never forget last year when we spent a rated G night before his birthday in the motel up the road from my apartment. He wanted to see if the wi fi would work on my laptop! Of course it did and he was amazed by that. We walked across the street to our favorite Chinese restaurant and enjoyed the buffet for supper. Then on his birthday we just wrote an email, sent it out then relaxed before walking back to my place. So sad we won’t get to do that this year as we planned. Of course he is sorely missed. Ha! It’s true you shouldn’t be pleased at someone you don’t like’s misfortune but I can’t help be glad to hear that Casey Anthony has filed for bankruptcy in Florida. There is some kind of justice after all!
So sad to read about the McStay family, the man and his wife and their two small children of Fallbrook, California, who vanished three years ago February 4th. I saw the story on one of those crime solving programs some time ago. It’s always haunted me. When police went to investigate their home they found eggs on the counter, bowls of popcorn in the livingroom and their two dogs. Their car was found abandoned four days later two blocks from the Mexican border. Police also have a not very clear surveillance video of four people leaving the car and walking toward the border. It’s not clear if it’s this family. I saw the video on tv. They say the adults are almost impossible to identify in it but the kids seem to match the description. The clothes the people in the video were wearing seem to match with the type the family was wearing at the time. Of course no one has all the answers. The youngest child would be 6 now. There is a Facebook page concerning The McStays, and there’s a book about them called “No Goodbyes: The Mysterious Disappearance Of The McStay Family.” From the woman’s emails the author of the book Rick Baker, has thought that she was very unhappy and may have killed her husband. I hope he’s very wrong. Prayers to them that this mystery is solved soon. I’ll have to read the book some time. Maybe they have it for Kindle.
Well it looks like Obama’s corrupting everything and everyone he can in one way or another! Now, even The Boy Scouts Of America are considering dropping their ban on gay members and participants. I would recommend Christian parents, and others who don’t agree with this boycott the organization, not let their kids join until they change their mind, if they ever do. Stand up for your rights! Don’t let your sons be corrupted by this sickness!
I see that idiots are still stealing Tide laundry detergent from stores to sell on the black market. Sometimes it’s being traded for drugs. Sometimes it’s being sold by the thieves in laundrymats. We did an email that told about this happening some time ago. I’d forgotten about it until now. Hope they can help the stores prevent this soon. A store video showed some rip off artist leaving with a cart filled with two huge boxes of Tide. It’s disgusting some of the things people will do for money!
Now here’s a name I never thought I’d read again any time soon…Ariel Sharon. The former Israeli prime minister has been in a coma following a stroke in 2006. He recently responded to external stimuli such as pictures of his family and a recording of his son’s voice. Like Gerald said whoever’s in there it’s not him. I see good old Hulk Hogan is getting in trouble with fans for tweeting a picture of his daughter in a short outfit sitting in a chair and commenting on the fact she has great legs. It was the way he said it that made readers protest, sounded too creepy for a dad. I don’t think he meant anything bad by it however I hope next time, as the video reporter commented he’ll just say that his daughter looks great instead of using some slang term for legs.
Ha ha! O.J. Simpson is in trouble again. Looks like his late wife’s haunting of him is paying off. He apparently didn’t know he had to pay taxes while in jail and now owes over $500,000 in unpaid ones. Epic fail all around!
Here we go again! There’s supposed evidence of the existence of Bigfoot in West Virginia. A couple have hair samples where they allegedly saw the creature. It’s now being studied in a lab. I don’t know how these people on the t.v.show “Finding Bigfoot” can do this stuff! Just watching the videos on the Huffington Post web site give me the creeps! You wouldn’t be able to pay me to do that job, though from what Gerald said they’re actually aliens. I’m staying far, far away which the aliens would be very happy to hear!
