Greetings!
Well looks like things turned out the way I said it would in more ways than one. First of all it seems like every month there’s been so much bad stuff going on in the news of one kind or another it’s hard for me to remember it all and consider what to write about here. Secondly and most importantly of all it looks like my prediction is coming true! I hate to mention it because I want it to keep happening! Anyway, I’m so thrilled that no matter what bad stuff the Democrats dig up to try to get President Trump off the 2024 Presidential Election ballot, the more popular he get because people understand it’s all a bunch of hogwash and dirty work they’re trying to do agaainst him to stop him from being on the ballot! But now he’s even more popular than ever and keeps winning in the primaries! It’s so shocking to read that there’s still states trying to get him off the ballot! I guess it’s only for Congress to decide on that, the more hgher ups than these people who are trying to do it anyway. Thank the Lords this is true and for Your hard work! Keep it going for the future of America’s sake!
Speaking of this, and the war with Russia, Putin has threatened NATO saying they risk nuclear war if troops are sent to Ukraine! I can’t imagine anyone in their right mind would stoop so low as to say this. Hopefully he is all talk and nothing will come of that. He should realize that in some way or other starting nuclear war would affect him and his country also, perhaps even the world!
I for one can’t believe that the war is still going on. Of course I have complete faith in our military, but it just haunts me the thought of what it must be like being in your home or apartment doing day to day stuff going to bed and suddenly boom! Bombs hit your building and you’re dead! Bless and protect you people that have to live in the war zone today. Wishing you all the protection in the world, and strength. However you can please stay safe!
The only other thing that comes to mind to write about here is I wish more people in office believed like people who are spiritually aware do when it comes to the subject of abortion. I firmly believe that a person’s soul doesn’t enter into it’s body until right after it’s born, so therefore before then it’s not actually a baby. In the entertainment news, I have just been made aware of singer Taylor Swift and wondered what all the fuss is about. So I bought the blu ray disc of her Eras concert and love it! What an awesome young lady, looks to be like she’s a good role model for kids today. I’m now a fan, a Swifty, and wish her all the best.
On the home front I recently “did it my way” as the commercials say, and took the Cologuard test to screen for cancer and the results say there’s a chance I have it! In some way have to get a colonoscopy done whcch I never wanted to do because the prep is almost impossible for me, I can’t even drink two quarts of anything let alone six or whatever amount it is! My late husband Gerald had three colonoscopies and they didn’t find anything wrong. The third one was right when he went in the nursing home where he died of colo rectal cancer at age 65 on July 4, 2012! I guess they couldn’t find anything because it had already spread to various other organs. I will keep you updated as to what I find out when I go for a consultation about it at the hospital. The prep is the only reason I’m nervous, several of my friends here have had this done a few times and tell me you don’t even feel it. Gerald told me this too. So I’m keeping everything crossed there’ll be a better way and it turns out I don’t have cancer after all.
I also still have the bleeding behind my left eye, though I’m using eye drops twice a day. I can’t wait to go back to the doctor and have it checked again!! Hopefully it’ll be gone.
One final note, it’s hard to believe it’s been 20 years since our first appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! singing “Whacko The Clown”! I’m so glad to see Jimmy’s still going strong and still the host of the Oscars award show! Many thanks for having us on. I’ll always remember how nice you were and your staff too.
