An Open Letter From Speaker Linda Polley
The Voice of God On Earth
To The World
Well another week and more national news going on. First of all a salute to all our Veterans today. Thank you so much for everything! I know Veterans’ Day was actually yesterday but it’s the thought that counts.
Looks like the demons tried to send Sir Paul McCartney to The Afterlife. He was with his wife in a helicopter near their estate in East Sussex, England, when the pilot tried to land in a rainstorm. The pilot became disoriented to the south and west of the landing site, and nearly crashed into some tree tops. Fortunately the pilot recovered and diverted to land at a nearby airport. The McCartneys never realized how close they came to crashing,, and refused to comment. That was some excellent work by his spiritual guardians! So glad they’re ok!
In my last message I mentioned the fact our old friend Bean Baxter is donating a kidney to someone this week. I tweeted him to.him to let him know he was mentioned in Saturday’s message. He read it then emailed me back! I want to now make this correction. The kidney recipient is someone that works at KROQ in LA, not in Washington! They must be a very special person! Good luck with the upcoming surgery.
Saturday night at 11 p.m. there was a huge explosion in Indianapolis and fire, which burned down two houses and damaged many more. On Sunday no one knew the cause. I hope it wasn’t caused by a meth lab or such, but if so, I hope the operators got their just desserts. I’m glad the neighbors all got out ok, especially the hospice nurse who was sleeping on her couch at the time and was woken up by the blast. It was first suspected there had been a gas leak but no one had reported smelling anything like that. Another mystery that will probably never be solved.
I’m more than impressed to see our good friends in the Occupy movement are taking action to help hurricane victims with Occupy Sandy. They’ve set up operations in St. Jacobi church in Brooklyn, since the day after the storm, and are taking donations by the truckloads to help, and are shuttled out to the most desperate areas They’re partnering with the local community and volunteer organizations. Some are thrilled that young people are actually pitching in to help people. I think it’s awesome! Keep up the good work! The Afterlife is so glad you’re still there!
So scary to read that Israel has been drawn into Obama’s Syrian civil war on Sunday when a mortar shell came from across the border and hit an Israeli military post. They fired warning shots back into Syria. I hope things don’t get worse than this. I hate to think of Israel being destroyed by enemy bombs, either country for that matter. But as you know I’m very partial to Israel.
So horrible that so many people out there are falling for a scheme where some guy tells them he can sell them a brand new IPad computer for $200. They have them in FedEx boxes and everything. Then when you get them home and take the paper screen cover off, it’s nothing but a mirror! This happened in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Earlier this year a woman got an IPad as a gift from her mom which she bought at Wal Mart. When she opened the box there was no IPad but a stack of note pads in an IPad box! In april in North Texas some con artists were selling IPads and Mac Books outside convenience stores which were fancy boxes with filler in them! The best advice is from one of the victims of the scheme who said “Don’t buy nothing on the streets from nobody!”
The dress that Judy Garland wore in “The Wizard Of Oz” has been sold at auction for $480,000! I can’t imagine anything being worth that much money, though it is a very important part of history.
Looks like people have taken my advice about checking out “Skyfall”! It’s turning out to be the biggest Bond ever!
Entertainment web site TMZ has reported that actor Charlie Sheen who I loved in “Two And A Half Men,” is being investigated for threatening to blow a man’s head off with his super 90 shotgun. The man says he was a good friend of Charlie’s until recently when they had an argument. Charlie afterwards sent a text message to a woman who’s a mutual friend stating the threat. According to an associate of Charlie’s the accuser is a dishonorably discharged military person who has violated probation several times and is trying to get Charlie to give him some money. I think I’d have a few choice words about this person too. You just get fed up with it after a while. I think this time however, Charlie should’ve been a little more careful with what he was texting. Don’t worry, Charlie, I’m still a fan. Glad to read some time ago, he’s no longer on drugs and alcohol. Hope it stays that way!
