Back with the latest on what’s going on out there in the world. Firstly, on the home front, had an excellent 4th of July. I was not only celebrating the holiday but the life of my late husband of 40 years, Speaker Gerald Polley, who died a year ago on that day. I didn’t actually get to do any 4th Of July activities but had a good day anyway. Below is the link to some pictures I took for that. They’re on my Twit Pic account. Apparently my Myspace boycott worked, or someone got my message on Twitter. They’ve put my “Here’s Jesus!” videos back. Nonetheless I’m planning a new home for them. More on this later. Now what’s going on out there?
Well, unfortunately the morons are at it again! Yep! The Westboro Baptist Church which God disowns because they are a disgrace, don’t have a religion, are giving prayers of thanks for the fire that killed the nineteen firefighters in Arizona! I can’t believe they’re still out there and are still claiming to be religious. All they want is publicity. Their so-called church is nothing but a den of demons. Hopefully some day justice will be done to them by God’s Angelic Forces. I’m sure most of their members won’t even make it to the Afterlife when they die. Poof! Apparently people have petitioned The White House asking them to clarify this so called church as a hate group and they refuse, saying they don’t keep a list of hate groups, though they do state they agree that their protesting of service men and women is “reprehensible.”
So sad that in Wisconsin a woman and her husband have been arrested for the death of their daughter because she was sick and they chose not to seek medical help, just to pray to God for healing. They have been convicted of homicide. Don’t people understand that God works through doctors? It’s just mind boggling that this has happened 303 times since 1975 because medical care was kept from the children. The legal system says that parents have a duty to seek medical care for their children. Some of the parents that only believe in prayer say that going to doctors is like worshipping idols. Others just say doctors take away from the Glory of God. On the contrary it’s just the opposite. I understand freedom of religion but there’s a limit when it comes to the life of a child. Everything must be legally done to heal them.
Sorry to hear but I guess it’s to be expected that Nelson Mandela is still in the hospital in critical condition.
It’s too little too late for The Church Of England as far as God The Father is concerned. You know how he feels about The Anglican Church. They have renewed their pledge to ordain women bishops. However it will be two years, at least before this can be passed. There’s of course, a small minority opposing this. Should’ve been done ages ago.
Congratulations to Kim Kardashian and Kanye West on the birth of their daughter named North West. People are asking “Is North really a name?” I can say yes it is. However I know of it as a male name. It was my husband’s name on The Old Worlds’ planet of Haven centuries ago. Actually North was his nickname. His full name was Northern Star. Wow! I just read Twinkies are coming back! Of course they’re being made by another company because Hostess went bankrupt, and they’re have a longer shelf life, reportedly of 45 days. Under the previous owners it was only 26 days. Hopefully when they do come back people will be more responsible with their calorie intake with this delightful product. Yes, even I enjoy Twinkies. By the way, I have now lost 10 pounds and still working on more. I never realized losing weight could be so easy!
