I have taken a short break from my messages because there hasn’t been much big news to report on. However today things seem to be picking up a little. So here we go.
I see God is showing his displeasure with how Romney is doing things by trying to get the latest tropical storm, Isaac, to interfere with The Republican National Convention which is to be held in Tampa, Florida from August 27-30. Even if the storm doesn’t get there it’s disrupting the timing of everything enough to get His point across. Way to go, God! There’s too much stupidity, more than the usual, going on with this election. I’ll be so glad when it’s over but I dread either outcome. Like God said in one of His last messages with us with Romney as the Republican candidate we’d have to do the unthinkable and support Obama.
To show you how bad things are concerning the election pastor Rick Warren of the Saddleback church, who was supposed to host a civil forum with Romney and Obama has canceled it because of slander. He has never seen such mean spirited behavior as that from both candidates or such dishonest attack ads! I’m glad this man is sticking with God and being honest about his choice to cancel the event.
You probably remember some time back my late husband Gerald told how no matter who or what you were if you were doing wrong God would expose it eventually? He’s definitely still doing that. Minnesota Representative Kerry Gauthier, 56 has admitted to having oral sex with a 17 year old boy at a rest stop in July. The boy told police he asked him for “no strings attached sex.” I should have known! He’s a Democrat! Of course other Democrats are asking him to resign. I hope he does and soon! What he did is totally unacceptable. Yes! I just found a news update and this guy is getting out of the race. At least he’s doing one smart thing.
Too bad, so sad! Hillary Clinton is not the top woman in the world according to Forbes magazine. Germany’s chancellor Angela Merkle is! Hillary is number two. I’m not going to say what I’m thinking. LOL!
Interesting to see that North Korea’s young head of state is going to be visiting overseas. He’s going to the Non-Aligned Movement Summit in Iran. Apparently The United States is not pleased. They don’t think Iran deserves all the “high level presences that are going there.” What damned business is it of ours anyway? That’s up to the event and those that want to attend. They say that just by getting on a plane he is ruling his country differently than his father did. I hope he’ll be safe wherever he goes.
Oh no! A freight train derailment near Baltimore has damaged the fiber optic lines serving the U.S. military, making it so the government has had to postpone a pretrial hearing at Guantanamo Bay, which concerns the five men charged in the September 11th attacks. This accident disrupted internet service, and government servers. The pretrial was rescheduled until Thursday, yesterday. Seems like there’s something fishy there.
Not another one! Dee Snider of the band Twisted Sister is asking Romney’s running mate to stop playing his song “We’re Not Gonna Take It” any more during the presidential campaign. His publicity agent said “We’re Not Gonna Play It”. These guys need to get their own song writers.
The cable t.v. channel AMC is doing a promotion for “The Walking Dead” series, however what’s scary is their zombie presidential candidate who is part of this, is getting more publicity than my poor late husband did as God’s candidate, who was also an internationally known psychic. I love AMC and hope they do well. I’ve heard this show is excellent. I’ll have to check it out some time. However a zombie for president? Well, I think we already have one.
