John Lennon Day

An Open Letter From Speaker Linda Polley

Well, October 9th is my dear friend in The Afterlife, John Lennon’s 75th birthday.  Here in the material world several celebrations going on which are sure to bring some much needed spiritual energy to him and George Harrison.  Here’s the link to an appropriate animated music video of one of his songs I channeled years ago featuring his former band Beatles & Friends.

A few of his band mates have reincarnated so now he has the band John Lennon & Friends which last I knew from Gerald before he died included Davy Jones formerly of The Monkees, The Mysterious Drummer, The Mysterious Saxophone Player who were in the original band, and of course the ever popular back up singers and dancers The Convent Girls, one of which is John’s wife the blonde Mary Marie.  Of course George Harrison sometimes joins in when he’s not too busy working with Lord Krishna to help save the world.
Also I assume Kurt Cobain is still going strong over There with Kurt Cobain And The Wonders, of course still minus Judy Garland who reincarnated a few years ago.
Ok what else is going on out there in the world? I apologize this message is so short, but I wanted to keep tradition and post something for John’s birthday.  There didn’t seem to be that much new happening.
Unfortunately it looks like Obamacare is going to stick around.  However I read the last Wednesday that Obama has passed a bill into law from congress that is meant to make Obamacare work better and not worse.  Miracles do happen.  But we’ll just have to wait and see if it’s as good as they think it’ll be.  At least both parties agreed on something for a change!
So pleased to see Donald Trump is still going strong with his 2,015 presidential campaign.  I can’t believe how popular Hillary is despite her email fiasco. I guess as usual Gerald was right when it’s seems like the worse a political candidate is that’s running for office the more people love them and want them to win.  It was true with Bill, and now likewise with his wife.
Still waiting in suspense as to who will be replacing God’s hero John Boehner as Speaker Of The House.  Whoever it is I’m sure they won’t do half as good a job as he is.
So horrible the sinking of the cargo ship El Faro during hurricane Joaquin with four crewmembers who were Mainers on board, which included a young lady who said to her mother in an email before she died to remember if this happened she would be doing what she loved most. I’m sure they’re being highly honored in The Afterlife.
In entertainment news singer Taylor Swift has announced she won’t be releasing any more new music for a while.  I believe that’s a good thing considering the some of the foolish, eccentric stuff she’s done recently concerning it.
On a personal note, I do not recommend the Go Phone from AT & T.  I got one because I’m cancelling my US Cellular contract and will have to pay it off.  I was shocked to learn after getting one of their smart phones that you can’t change the due date of your bill so you’re sure to have the money in your bank account to pay it with.  That being said, I’ve canceled my AT & T service after only about a week with them, and have gone back to US Cellular without a contract, the same smartphone I had with the other company and also the pre paid service.  It will be cheaper than I paid with a contract, and I have scheduled automatic payments for my bill directly after payday! US Cellular is awesome!  The only thing I didn’t like with them before was the contract.
I’m of course still patiently working away on The Book, anxiously awaiting the day when I can officially announce “It is done!”
